Personaly, I tend to avoid any frequency sounds because I am not familiar with good frequency. People find it online and just post it but how do I know if the frequency is matching with the one shown. That's why I listen to this:

Yes, the sound of rain takes you directly to alpha waves and you meditate very easily. It's a relaxing sound.
