Is watching adult videos harmful?

The abuse of adult content is quite harmful if you ask me, it is capable of altering your dopamine receptors and dopamine levels, it is capable of making you see women as sexual objects, it can also make you have no desire to seek out real women, since by having said content at your fingertips and satiating your sexual impulses artificially, why go looking for real hookups?

I agree on this. There was an interview with a most known serial killer "Ted Bundy". He said he started with soft pornography at that time, wanting more hardcore and ended up kidnapping, raping and killing women. Of course, no everyone is him, but it can twist your mind. See women as less human. Plus, lots of pornography content involves BDSM where woman submits to a man.

That's exactly what I'm referring to with the issue of dopamine, the fact that you go from softer porn to more hardcore porn and even end up seeing things that you never imagined or that don't match with your real sexual tastes, are due to the fact that you alter so much your dopamine levels, that later you need something harder to continue having that "high", porn is a drug, and one of the most harmful.

Yup, it is a drug. A very dangerous addiction. And when you actually get a girl, you will be disapointed she doesn't perform well as porn actresses. Sad because she can't deepthroat or doesn't want anal or BDSM. So, all deviations involved in sex will become your need after watching too much.
