Have you ever been part of a band?

I always remember growing up and being in school, I and a group of friends once started our own band and we would meet up at one another's houses and write our own songs and create our own music to go with the lyrics as well. It used to be a lot of fun.

After a while though, things fell apart and some friends in the group lost interest in being part of the band and we instead gave it up.

Have you ever been part of a band? If you have, are you still part of the same band?

When I was a teenager I was part of a rock group as a vocalist with my friends, it only lasted a few months, but we always remember this time fondly, it was a rock group, since that was and is our favorite musical genre.
