Lost continent of atlantis

Do you think there was a continent Atlantis where much advanced civilization had lived?

I definitely believe in Atlantis and have seen some shows where they've tried finding it but what happened there - I'm not too sure.

I am coming to conclusion that real history is being hidden from us and that we learn fabricated history in modern days. It's not that hard to do so if they started in time. There are maps that can be found in Mexico where you see continents they no longer exist now days (even near Japan).

They came to conclusion that there was a civilization well organized (globally) as we are now but for some reason, something happened and all they have developed is gone. You won't find buildings because iron is gone until now under earth or paper, but you can find huge stones like pyramids.

I think it did exist at some point, but we just haven't been able to find it probably because remnants of the continent is just too deep in the ocean for us to explore. Maybe humans found evidence a while back but lost that evidence.
