On my gp’s recommendation, been starting to do this. You soak yourself in 100% natural and organic ingredients for the bath such as minerals and sea salt. Been feeling happy, sleepy and relaxed after.

Sadly I can't do that because I have only shower. But if I ever have a change for a tub, will do so.
