Do you usually meditate?

I usually do it a couple of times a week or at least once a week for 15 minutes with a guided meditation video, I have come to do it both in nature and at home, do you meditate regularly?

I haven't meditated in a very long time, my spouse used to meditate a lot too but they haven't done so either in a while. I'm thinking about meditating again once it starts to get even cooler outside, I feel that I would get more peace and quiet outside.
